If you decide to use of Fixed Fee Probate Service, your dedicated Case Manager will complete the relevant forms which will be sent to HMRC and HM Courts and Tribunals Services (HMCTS) for approval.
Your Grant of Probate will be sent to you with enough copies to enable you to deal with the banks, building societies, investments, property etc.

Your dedicated Case Manager will keep you updated on the progress of your case, including developments with institutions such as HM Revenue & Customs, HM Court Service, the Department of Work and Pensions and all the relevant financial institutions.
Our Complete Probate Service includes:
Prepare the summary of estate assets and liabilities.
Prepare and submit Inheritance Tax form to HMRC.
Prepare the papers for application for a Grant of Probate/Grant of Administration.
Complete and submit Probate application to HM Courts and Tribunals Services (HMCTS).
Obtain Probate.
Inclusive of Probate Registry Fees (usually £215).
Probate granted in 30 days.

The appropriate Inheritance Tax form, either an IHT205 or IHT400.

Claiming any relevant tax reliefs or exemptions applicable to the Estate.
Calculating any Inheritance Tax that is owed.
Calculating and arranging for the transfer of any Nil Rate Band or Residence Nil Rate Band allowance if available, in order to reduce Inheritance Tax.
